The Renting Process

Registering with Albion Property Management couldn't be easier; you can complete the on-line form, e-mail or telephone us at our offices and we will return your call or enquiry within 24 hours.

We listen carefully, the more information you can provide about your requirements will allow us to match you to the right property in the best location, whether you require a long or short term tenancy.

You can use the website to search online through our selection of properties which are updated daily.

For your added convenience you can use our link to location maps, making your property search easy and accessible, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We can organise viewings at your convenience, weekdays, evenings or weekends.

Once we have found the property you want, we will ask you to provide us with a number of suitable referees.

Subject to satisfactory references and with the landlords agreement, we will draft an assured shorthold tenancy agreement minimum of 6 months - between all parties. We also produce an inventory of the property and provide a copy to both you and the landlord as part of our Property Management Service.

Advance Rental & Bond / Deposit is required for all properties prior to the start of the tenancy. This deposit is held in a secure deposit account. The deposit is reimbursed at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms detailed in the tenancy agreement. We also complete all paperwork to transfer the utilities into your name. You will then be given the keys to move into your new property.
